I follow a Youtube channel called Munchies and they featured her 4 days ago.
She seems to have a speech impediment or maybe she has Invisalign-type braces which cause it.

Who?
* No sprint coordination drills
* No power lifting
* No exercises sans weights
* She's starving herself
* No circuit training
Sounds like a recipe for success!
Same youtube channel. A far more compelling story.
Thanks for posting. The hyperbaric chamber was a surprise.
I think its fair to say she’s not a nutritionist. What she says about carbs is pretty simplistic, and she obviously doesn’t actually eat low carb either??
It's spelled Martinez. Also, she has more info about her training on her Instagram account.

It said 100% oxygen. Isn't that extremely dangerous?
I did not notice any speech impediment from Martinez, she sounds absolutely fine to me. It was interesting to note the great weight increase of her husband who used to be a decent level marathon runner and who is now, how should I put this nicely, rather rotund to say the least and the question I have is why wouldn’t he has a coach also adopt a healthy diet since he lives with his wife and is advocating a healthy diet presumably?

Didn't say that.

Didn't say that.
Video stated 95% oxygen. Over 30% is flammable. I hope they know what the heck they are doing. Cell phone use could make their dwelling explode.

As long as it's zipped up and she doesn't call from within.
Brenda is one of the classy and tough runners of the American scene in the last decade. I wish her happiness and success.
Wow, if her carb count is accurate, 150 grams per day seems really low for someone running that kind of mileage. Her observation about pork raising her heart rate before bedtime and messing up her sleep was very interesting.
Well at least she gave up red meat which is the most nutritious food (along with fatty fish and eggs, didn't see any of those either) for an athlete. Chicken is garbage meat unless it is completely free-range with skin on, which it rarely is.
California under alles.

No! Her husband on cell phone near by. Her husband lighting a cigarette near by. There is some leakage of oxygen. When Earth was (30 to 40)% oxygen, fires raged during rain storms.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
