When I tested positive (with symptoms) my doctor literally told me to go outside with a mask on walks where I could be socially distanced from people because it can help clear my lungs and help me recover faster.
I would walk a sparsely populated loop early in the morning and late at night so I didn't see anyone. I never even saw one person on these walks. SO, I don't see why someone who is asymptomatic cant go on safe runs as long as they are staying away from people and being smart. Obviously it depends on your situation but this worked out for me.
Maybe you don't remember that the virus aerosols can suspend in the air for up to 12 hours. People walking that same route 12 hours later may be infected by you. FoLlOW tHe ScIEnCEe.
