I am currently a junior in high school. It has been a goal of mine to break 16 by my senior year and I am willing to make plenty of sacrifices to achieve that goal. My uncle, who lives in Silverthorne CO, asked if I wanted to spend a good portion of the summer (4-6 weeks) at 9,000 ft of elevation to train and spend time with him. I have read that living high and training low is the most effective way to efficiently train at altitude, however; I want to know if there would be any benefits if I just lived and trained altitude 24/7 especially if it is mostly base mileage.
Also for those answering here are other pieces of information that might be useful
