So I kicked my foot into a door on accident, and hyperflexed my ankle upward, misaligning my talis bone and side-lining me for 3 months. While it doesn't hurt anymore to run on impact, I can still feel a 'tweak' due to misalignment and my ankle not compensating. Does anybody know any tips to help rehab myself, that don't involve dishing out money to a chiropractor? Any help would be appreciated
