As expected NAZ ran away with it. Really would have been interesting to see how they would have fared against BTC. It looks like Hansons could have kept it a little closer if they had all of their fastest legs on one team.

Hopefully this becomes a thing in future years with more teams. I think the fall season is a perfect opportunity for an event like this to let multiple clubs compete against each other before the major marathons. It would be great to get the Nike teams involved and any other groups that were missing like the new On team.

Could a healthy tinman team win this event? Im sure most their JV runners are on par with the NAZ Elite women.

How about a LetsRun team next year, as with World XC a couple of years ago? Have potential members email bios and explanations of why they should be chosen, pay half of their travel expenses and put them up in a hotel the night before & the night after. This assumes that there aren't as many covid issues next year, of course.

I think this thing gets blown open with the Koko 10k leg. BTC has no antidote for that.

Expect it to be an American Clubs race in the future. That means you have to be a USATF member. So eliminate all foreigners from your predictions and do your match ups again.

New Prediction: I think changing some of the match ups and Ahmed and Schweitzer for BTC blows it open with other legs advantage to BTC.

Add a second BTC group and Julian group and BTC destroys. Add times from two teams from both groups and BTC destroys. BTC on the men’s side has Centro, Kincaid, McGorty and several excellent women to choose from.
