Shut up you're dumb.

I also often suffer from anxiety and it is very difficult to get out of this period so that everyone around me does not know what to do to help me. Even if this is rare, it affects those around us anyway and I'm sorry that this is happening. For this reason, I started to buy kratom from
https://sakratom.comand every time I have depression it helps me a lot so it is very good and I am very happy about it. Lately, I haven't had such periods at all and now I wouldn't even be scared if it appeared, because I already know how to solve it quickly.
I'd stay as far away from that crap as possible. I had two people close to me who suffered from severe anxiety and were advised to use Kratom. Within 2 months, both were hospitalized . Doctors in both cases pointed to the Kratom as the cause of the complete breakdowns. Anecdotal, but too close to home.
Get off social media for starters, it's a cesspit for anxiety. Deep down you have something bothering you, Violence in house is bound to have an effect on you, is the situation still the same? You need to address these issues, remove yourself from the situation or try and get it resolved amicably,
Excercise helps, meditation, hobbies, friends, keeping busy are all good methods but the issue will never go away until resolved.
Good luck

Ya know there are some things that can’t be changed no matter what you do
You are right. This is the answer.
At any moment, all you need to do is make the best choice for that moment. You cannot change choices that you already made so worrying about the outcome does not help anything. Don't let worrying keep you from making the right choice right now. Over time, all of the small moments where you made the right choice add up to success.
I know what anxiety is from my own experience. I used to take Xanax, then I was on Xanax, then switched to Klonopin. But having read the description of it, I understood that it is supposed to be taken for a short time. So, I started doing yoga and taking health enhancement products from the Online pharmacy https://www.enhanceclub.com/ Of course, it took me time, but I see the result.
Please go to a physician right away.
See a doctor and they will prescribe antidepressants and or other prescription drugs and or connect you with a therapist. I recommend Seeing a therapist and getting on medication. Life is too short and precious to live in sadness or depression or with anxiety disorder. It is not your fault at all (the anxiety is a result of your life situations as a child and adolescent most likely) and you are not weird or weak, so do not hesitate to get help you deserve.
Hey man. I come from a solid house hold so I’m sorry that you’re situation sucks but I have legit had shortness of breath for months on end. The exact feelings you have. Earlier in the pandemic I was so stressed that I was dizzy for 2 weeks. I’m not being dramatic, I’m extremely serious. I went to the ER. So I completely get where you’re coming from.
I even hold my breath routinely. I had the same fears about shortness of breath and running. I went to therapy. I tried meditating. Talked to lots of people about it.
I was able to get better with medicine and avoid triggering behaviors to the best of my abilities. Therapy didn’t help me. Not saying I’m 100% but I’m as happy as I can be. You got this.
Read all that you can about the "Negative Mother" in Jungian psychology. Knowledge and insight are power to overcome, or more correctly, to outgrow your anxiety.
Still living in the situation, move out cut ties for a while.
Therapy, make it a regular part of your life. Not all the sessions need to be about fixing your life. Fine someone willing to just shoot the breeze on some of the sessions. Good therapy is about building a relationship.
A retired psychologist would probably talk with you regularly for cheap or free. Group therapy could help. I would advise against zoom therapy in a group. It could be recorded.
Keep running..
Very interesting to hear. I’ve taken Kratom regularly for about a year with no issues. I keep the dose low (3 to 5 grams a day) and have only seen benefits.
It’s really helped me get my drinking under control as well.
Sorry to hear about people having big problems with it.
