My colleges track is being redone at the moment. We either work out at the high school track or the xc course.
Keep it on the Crete!
Oregon did track workouts at nearby South Eugene Hs while Hayward was constructed
The local uni near me has a track and XC team. They also just recently completed a massive sports complex. No track on property. I don’t know where they train. Maybe a local hs on their concrete track. I run by the school all the time at different times. Never see any teams working out. Maybe they have treadmills. Idk?!
I guess they just don’t run.
They might use their indoor track

That's what my team did, we had an agreement to use the closest high school's track when they weren't using it. It made workouts pretty efficient and at least it was warmup and cooldown distance away from campus.
