I'm out with a femoral neck stress fracture so my lower body is off limits for a bit. But I like to keep doing some exercise if I can. So far it's just some upper body strength work and soon some arm-only assault biking. Any other ideas? Thanks

You could still do a rowing machine for some cardio using only the other leg.
Did the doctor tell you if you can swim or not? That's another solid workout while you're out.
Doctor give any guidance on pool running? Done right, its the most sport specific non load bearing activity. Done wrong and its pretty much useless.
