But it of course differs at some points. The way we handle the long specific run differs.
The volume of mileage differs. The way we handle the rest between interval reps differ.

As I`ve told you before it`s very important to know history of world class training and different methods to become a world class coach yourself , and of course I know exactly how mr Canova`s specific long runs looks like.My specific long run is just in a djfferent way and at least as effective.Canova`s coaching record so far when it comes to marathon time a 2:03 and third place .......me a 2:07 and a win ! How long have we been coaching? Canova about 50 years....me 5 years! :) ( Maybe we will soon see a comment by mr Canova here. He has difficulty to resist an opportunity to persist in the superiority of his method and the only way of "proper training" , lol ) :)

A lot of people know JS and how he works.
Uses many different handles, but will not admit to it, because he cannot admit he is telling a lie.
He cannot help this, it is part of his "disease" narcissism.
In his mind he truly is telling the truth and a great coach.
When things go wrong with a runner, it is never his fault, always blame another.
And if you quit with him/his training he will and does stalk you with fake handles and ask/tell you what would have been if you kept training with JS.
Again, he cannot help this, he is narcissistic.
He however will ignore you to get the better of you, like saying "i'm in control now"
That is why he will respond to some and does not to others when he get caught in the lies.
So, let Canefis go on with his training and only respond to that.
Try not to get involved in the mindgame of JS, how tempting it is.
