Please stop. You’ve likely never even been to Monaco, let alone run on the track. You’ve also never worn the Dragonfly spikes, let alone raced in them. Stop spouting your opinions as solid fact. It’s annoying.

I don’t like this new side to Banana Bread that Cheptegei’s WR has brought out. It used to be he’d just wax poetic over Bekele’s bulbous thighs—now he’s become embittered.
I saw bekele running 2:15km repeats with 45sec rest where he would shovel large slices of white chocolate cake inbetween reps. Eating looked smooth, his stride was even smoother.
..
expect great things
Of course.
For the HM I would think more like 57:30
But is that WR legit? He was wearing those fast nike shoes and the laser on the ground pacing him?
Like Jacob Ingebritzen running 3:28 at 19yr old right? ?
Or you think it only reserved to East Africans? ?

OK I am different than you I guess. There is nothing particularly interesting to me about Cheptegei. He would not rank in the top 100 people I could potentially look forward to conversing with. Or at least not from what I can observe at this juncture.
You sound like a bundle of fun.
