This is why Strava segments are so great. I am 45 and well past my running prime, but I can chase categorized climb PRs on the bike. I'm still getting faster which hasn't happened for me running wise for a long time. Climbing on a bike is super fun, especially when you have a good day and just hammer a climb.
But nothing compares to racing 4 laps with spikes, singlet, and split shorts.
