Recently, I have begun to get more serious about running track. I want to compete at the next level, but don't know if I should focus on the 400m or the 800m. My PRs are as follows -
200m - 23.7
300m-38.5
400m-53.1
500m-1:10.32
800-2:08
5k-18:46
My 200m and 800m are not what I can currently run since we lost our outdoor season to the virus. My other PRs are all up to date. I want to know whether I should really invest in training my 800m dash or the my 400m dash. Thanks!
