Unless any of the owners were trying to sell the property right now, your concern is unimportant (and with COVID-19 still here, trying to sell was unlikely). As someone who provides legal advice to professional real estate investors, I assure you that my clients would happily take those properties off the hands of the current owners for a good price. CHAZ/CHOP will not be there forever, and that is good real estate.
