Hello,
Just looking for some advice or maybe deterring.
I'm hoping to go race in the mountains next year and a couple of the races go above 2500m. As I live somewhere that is at low altitude, I was wondering if sleeping in an altitude tent has benefits that will help my performance in general and specifically when the races climb to points where oxygen percentage diminishes significantly (I think it goes as high as 2950m).
Does anyone have any experience with this? Positive or negative?
