Thanks Stat. Might go the route of 3 intervals in the next few weeks. Still debating.
In other news, decided yesterday to run a 5K time trial just to see the kind of shape I am in. Ran 18:59 today. Splits: 6:06, 6:11, 6:06, 0:36 (last 0.1)
Solo time-trial was hard. My only 5K was in 2014, so had completely forgotten about the pain :).
Perfect weather conditions for the early start - 57F with 87% humidity.
