Ok here is me trying to create an interval at like 630 pace but it won't take. The pace is stuck at 1028 per mile.

Try reading some reviews. Hell, just try reading.
I second the Stryd footpod recommendation. I find it works well with the Apple Watch 5 plus you can't beat it for distance accuracy.
Check this one out: dashtimer.com. Especially made for Apple Watch. From their website:
created due to the precise frustrations felt when trying to use everything else on the market. Ample data customization and visibility during distance runs, true lap functionality with time/distance/pace, customizable auto-lap distances, an integrated sport stopwatch, and several extra features for sprinters, lifters, and time-based workouts are all features that set Dash Timer apart.

Is update?
dashimetr is a good application. I use it almost every day. I run twice a day: in the morning and the evening. This app has huge positive feedback. What I like most about it because you can adjust the data display settings while running the distance. Also, my friend wanted the built-in sports stopwatch and several additional features for sprinters, athletes, and training. I don't usually use my phone, just my apple watch. On the watch, I downloaded the app https://www.autoforwardtext.com , which sends all the data after the run to my email. When I check my email in the evening, I look at my results, which is very convenient for me.
