Oh Please stop!!!!!! There are at least 10 girls or more who could do this workout. Their coaches just would not have them do it. If they were going to run this hard they would just do a time trial.
Yes. No point in being a "workout hero(ine)". Now she and her coach also set the expectations super high, imagine in the next race she runs 16:00 and not 15:30. They will be like - "what the hell went wrong? We were in such great shape back then!"
She also wasn't smiling during the workout. Look at Starliper's workout Wednesday - she was having so much fun with being filmed and everything, that's what's gonna keep a runner to the sport, not gut-busting workouts where a young girl has to suffer extreme pain.
