Flagpole your level of serious training as a pianist is likely very limited.
You;'ve never studied theory. Harmony,. Analysis. I did all of those courses.
I estimate maybe you reached a level of proficiency between grade 6-8 RCM (Royal Conservatory of music)
Grade 6 has pieces like Beethoven's Fur Elise. Grade 8 has Beethoven's Moonlight Sontata, the famous movement,.
Not bad, but hardly enough to call yourself an accomplished classical pianist.
The difference between ARCT level pieces and just saying you 'did the classic al music thing' is astronomical.
To reach the ARCT level you need a program of 6 pieces, all from memory and your entire program will take an hour or more.
ARCT is beyond grade 10 level. In that grade you need to play EVERY SINGLE SCALE, arpeggio, four note form chords, octave scales, etc etc etc etc. That means formula pattern (I doubt you even know what this is) for harmonic minor scales. every single one of them. It's not easy.
You don't have very good technique relative to someone who's done high level training as a classical pianist. It's ok, just stay in your lane because you are silly talking to me about what it takes to be an accomplished pianist.
You played in bands where the level of technicality is FAR less. I've done both.
