I’ve been watching for a half an hour and have only seen a minute of racing.
You would think you would get to enjoy watching the pro races once the wheelchair race ends but that is when they begin interviewing every wheelchair racer.
I just don't get the wheelchair races tbh, it has more in common with cycling than actual running. Doesn't make any sense having it all in the first place in a RUNNING race. I think its great the wheelchair athletes doing a race and being able to win money but feels out of place at marathon RUNNING race.
Shocked to see Bates off the back already. Probably just running her own race instead of yoyo'ing, hoping so at least. Surprised to see Frisbee up there. She has a great half PR though so hoping she is able to pull off a good marathon performance one of these days.

It is like having a canoe race at the same time of the Olympic swimming finals.
Is there a way we can reach the race directors and let them know that nobody gives a f$@k about the wheelchair races? Why do we spend so much time on this? It's catering to 5% of the viewership at most.

I feel like it’s because running courses are more doable on a wheelchair. Climbing the Alps would be impossible on one.
