I had a job in my early twenties that involved suing people and I understand the legal implications of a C&D. They mean nothing. The Winklevoss twins sent a C&D to Facebook when it started and look how that worked out for them.

I don't have to stop doing anything except where the letter demands that I stop talking about a certain "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named". So you-know-who is like Voldemort, from Harry Potter books. As long as I don't mention him or say anything bad about him, his business, or his family I am in compliance with the C&D.

But honestly, I expect the article to take on a life of it's own and have a huge impact. So maybe I'll just read along for a while. Watch all the DJ minions waste their time.
