Did Mike Rossi (viral marathon dad) cheat his way into Boston?

Ok, the guy cheated. He's got to live with that. I qualified for Boston years ago, so I get the anger, but move along folks. This is a dead horse and you're pummeling it with a stick, again, and again and again.

about the executive branch enforcing immigration law; the looming explosion of medicaid and social security; the long-term issue of interest on the national debt; the very weak workforce participation rate; the threat of radical Islam.

Plenty of things for us to work on.

Or let others do nothing about the issues.

See why you shouldn't bother? It's meant to distract and everyone else but Mike has to "prove" something. And they aren't confined to truth or logic in their attacks, so no matter what you say they'll just make up some ridiculous argument to deflect. Mike said he has pictures, so show the pictures. It's that simple. But, since he doesn't have pictures we're instead talking about interns and next it will be make and model of the cameras used and if the F-stop was set manually. Endless stupidity instead of Mike just admitting he lied and has no other photos.

I'd like everyone to know that I received a cease and desist later Thursday around 6 PM. In order to comply with the C&D I am not permitted to discuss the subject of the letter. So you will have to make some educated guesses as to whom I am referring to.

Having some legal job experience in my past I can tell you that everyone should stay calm and carry on. A cease and desist is nothing more than an intimidation tactic. It's akin to one child telling another, "If you don't stop I'm telling my dad."

The timing of the letter, only 4 hours after the Brojo's released their article, is clearly a sign that it is an attempt to stop me from spending word of that article via social media. In fact, it specifically demands that I "ceased and desist from any further social media posts or other communications involving my client and/or his family." So, that is the reason why I am not posting under my registered username and instead have chosen the model of my favorite guitar.

The letter claims that I am attempting to damage somebody's reputation in order to damage his business and gain a competitive advantage. Which I find funny since I doubt married couples read this forum. I made it clear in my reply that a certain person posted negative comments to both my Facebook business pages before I even know about this forum. I also suggested that this lawyer may want to find out more about what his client is doing online before he decides to sue anybody or he may be facing up to a half dozen countersuits. The letter also claims that I have attempted to "malign his marriage".

I'd like to note that there is no mention of the company that this person works for - just the non-existant one that he claims to own. There is also absolutely no mention of any comments I may have made with regards to cheating.

The lawyer that it came from just so happens to be a Facebook friend of the subject.

Although this issue is not over, I have faith in the Brojo's article and the running community's ability to have it go viral and get the final result that is so well deserved and overdue. I have not been silenced.

Most definitely. Many 501c3 orgs exist to exploit this gravy train, sometimes with "noble" causes and by the disabled as well.
