I can't believe nobody realizes how Rossi is lying by telling the "truth" with that "6 or 7 photos" garbage. Count up the total pictures from the finish line focused on a) him; and b) people directly in front of him with him showing in the background. I would be that is where the 6 or 7 photos are. Of course he and any other thinking person, knows there are no more pictures from other parts of the course, because he didn't run the rest of the course.

His claim to me that he got 6/7 photos from LVHN Committee because as a result of photos that did not make the "final cut" is ridiculous and incorrect. I contacted US Candids and they said that all photos had been posted online, therefore there was no such thing as a final cut. Moreover and most importantly, IF THESE PHOTOS WERE GIVEN TO ROSSI BY THE COMMITTEE AND THEY SHOWED HIM ON THE COURSE ANYWHERE BUT THE FINISH LINE OR START LINE, THE COMMITTEE'S STATEMENT WOULD HAVE CLEARLY STATED THAT AND THE COMMITTEE AND BARB BCKEEVER WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO AVOID THIS FIASCO AND TRAVESTY. BUT SINCE THERE ARE NO PICTURES OR THAT THESE PICTURES ARE SIMILAR TO THE "BIGFOOT" PHOTOS, THE COMMITTEE MADE NO MENTION OF PHOTOS WHATSOEVER!!!!

Anyone with any reasoning ability understands why he doesn't provide the supposed pictures.

I'll coach you to run a sub-20 5K. I'm an experienced coach and can get you under 20 mins, no problem. I'll also certify a "very friendly" 5K course and pace you to the sub-20. We can split the $10K 50/50.

On the one hand, I agree with you. On the other hand, I am not going to pull a Rossi and claim something only to not back up my words. He has repeatedly claimed that he has photos from U.S. Candids and given to him by the Committee. He also quite some time ago stated that he only posted the letter from the principal and his response to his Facebook page. That too was a bold-faced lie. There is cached webpages showing him posting and reposting on twitter, news websites and even his work webpage.

Mike is Ken Stillman... Has been chronically trolling here to try to sabotage the thread. Ken's IP address matches that of a few other posters who we believe is Mike.

Forget it, Rossi is not coachable

If Rossi had photos that place him on that course anywhere except the finish line he would have released them long ago to stop all of this. Don't believe for minute that he isn't paying a price for all of this, whether it is the social, psychological, familial, or professional price, nobody would be going through this unscathed.

And if you don't buy that, you have to imagine that Rossi would sue any number of people for defamation and would slam the photos down on the table like a poker player with a royal flush and he would grin from ear to ear as he rakes in the pot.

That won't happen because there are no photos.

The post above, about how he blends lies with truth is spot on. His claim that there are six or seven photos of him on the course is true. They are all within about 100 yards of the finish but he implies otherwise. This is similar to his claim that he "achieved a qualifying time" but he doesn't say he ran the entire course. It is like he was a cheater in the past but won't be a liar in the present.

I also think that the "once in a lifetime" comment shows that his desire to run Boston ("Must run Boston!") led him to cheat but he bargained with himself and his own sense of morality. "I'll do this once because I have to...nobody gets hurt...it will be great for the kids...my life can be defined by this...I'll make a great video keepsake...I hate terrorists...but I can never cheat my way in again...just once won't make me a bad person...I'm smarter than them...this is a game I will win...too easy...but never again...I'm better than this...once in a lifetime."
