Only a few people are obsessed enough to read through all this, but every single person who knows running and has looked at the evidence has concluded that Rossi cheated. Yes, including the race director. She just didn't feel it was worth facing possible lawsuits for the symbolic DQ. I would have made the same decision.

What we are seeing here with the trolls is that Mike and/or his supporters suffer from arrested development. He/they have a junior high mind-set. But, that's okay. By trolling here, they serve the greater good.

I also wonder why LRC left this thread up, even though they deleted the title on the main forum. Might they actually be planning on doing something with this story after all? Wouldn't surprise me. Wejo seemed very hot on it at the beginning, and they would have certainly noticed that Mike and his "attorney" haven't followed through on any threats to sue anybody, despite the fact that a number of people have publicly called Mike a cheater, liar, and bully. Accordingly, in the spirit of fair play and even handedness please provide evidence that this year "LVM...,certainly would have grown even more if they had shown integrity and DQ'd an obvious cheater like Mike Rossi", the source of your evidence would also be helpful. The evidence and source would be a good example for Mike to follow.

The proof of what I posted is that I would have signed up for the LVM if Barb and her boys would have shown some integrity. I was checking out hotels and telling my wife that it would be a beautiful place to run. But, I won't run in an event that tolerates an obvious cheater and liar like Mike Rossi. It wouldn't be right.

A sad, sick, pathetic man who yearns to be seen as being important, certainly not just as a DJ or wedding videographer. Well, Mike, you did it. At first, you became known as the viral marathon dad, but now you are known globally as a cheater and a liar. You couldn't just be satisfied to be a dad who helped provide for his family, volunteered at his kids' school, tucked them in at night, ran when he could find the time, and took pride in doing the best he could, even if it meant not being able to qualify on time for the Boston Marathon. There is no shame in living a quiet, humble, honest life, Mike, none at all. But, you bought and paid for your shame. You own it. Now, you will have to wear it for the rest of your life. Unless, of course, you grow a pair and admit what you did. From what I have seen, I don't think you have it in you. I would love to be proven wrong.
