Mike posted a photo of him and his daughter 2 days ago and it only got one like. How telling is that? Not even a picture of his cute daughter will get his friends on board behind him.
By comparison the photo of Johnny Cash giving the finger still reached double digits.
Is it possible that Mike doesn't even see what is going on around him. It's sad to have that many friend and only one like.

So we here in Vegas are doing some calculations on Mike's next marathon time. Thinking is Mike believes he is capable of at 3:11 or something close to make his impossible time plausible. And yes, we know he cheated at VIA, we have out own "investigators" as it were.
We believe he will try to go out at a pace that is not sustainable except by a deluded narcissistic with psychopathic tendencies (at best). So he will blow up - Mike, that means you can't keep pace - and in your case slow to a halt. Your ego will not allow you to walk/shuffle to finish at 4.5 - 5+ hours.
So the smart money is on a DNF at the next marathon, although some think another mediocre finish is worth the odds. Some are taking side bets that he will never run another marathon but waging is a bit higher that he will cheat in an attempt at redemption.
You know how we feel about cheating on our dime, but that is a tale best told in the movies.

There is no way you break 3 hours in Chicago Mike. I hope you are joking.
If Mike was smart, he would shut up about running and never do another race. That's the best way for him to let this whole thing fizzle out. He can claim to friends that his "courageous" run to gut out Boston despite injury permanently ended his running career. I don't think his ego will allow this however. And clearly he is not smart as his obvious posting here has only added fuel to the fire and made him look like a much bigger douchenozzle.
But every time he actually races all that will happen is that this post will light up again and he will provide us with further proof that he is not physically capable of ever running a 3:11 marathon.
