Did Mike Rossi (viral marathon dad) cheat his way into Boston?

After listening to you guys, I apologize. I was wrong. Mike Rossi cheated. The race committee weaseled out with their non-committed answer. The facts are clear. I don't know what I was thinking. He lost. I lost. I should crawl back into my hole with Rossi, the queen of the waitresses.
