The RD will not overturn the decision. And it was a decision. They took a look at the evidence and decided that a DQ was not warranted. The USATF did nothing in this investigation and that was made clear in a prior statement. They were there if needed. Finally, you have no idea what they considered, which is part of the problem and why their credibility and integrity have been questioned. I know of at least one other RD from another race who is troubled by the lack of transparency in this instance and is working to get answers as to what was and wasn't considered.

Even if an official DQ never materializes, Mike Rossi is a pariah. He can never run in another race again without being treated like the lying, cheating, outcast that he is and will always be. He is not famous, but infamous. A quick search of his name confirms that and lays out the facts that are known and easily understood by anyone who appreciates facts. Forget race times and paces, a picture or in this case, no picture out of thousands is worth a thousand words and all the premature ejaculate from your mouth or keyboard cannot and will not change those facts.

He won. Google his name. All that comes up are articles about his exoneration, his viral letter (which most people support), and this thread, that if anyone takes the time to read, makes Rossi appear to be the victim of a vindictive, crazed lynch mob.

Mike Rossi is the victim of his own actions, his own lies, his own cheating, and his vitriolic behavior. Do not try to blame anyone else for what he did. You are part of what is wrong with society today. You blame everyone else instead of holding accountable the person who is at fault.

This will be my last reply to you because it is not far to debate with the mentally challenged. The USATF never made a comment on this issue. It is not their place to. The LVHN never exonerated him either. I understand that exonerate is a rather larger and multiple syllabic word, but perhaps you can google it and read the definition slowly. Also, since you likely need big print, you can enlarge the words on your monitor.
