I am not sure how you can gauge what his financial situation is. There are lawyers for every situation and various rates. You aren't talking about a long protracted trial. In addition, it could be a friend or a family member who is his lawyer. Finally, whoever it is we know that he is not the brightest lawyer out there, so likely can't charge too much an hour, because to suggest or even remotely believe that a quote from one of the most famous movies poses a threat was absurd.
Except the threat from the lawyer clearly worked, and rattled the Brojos.

I didn't forget that the threat rattled the Brojos. But that is more a reflection on the Brojos rather than the two-bit lawyer.

Something tells me you are not that elite if it makes you angry that normal people get finisher medals at a race they paid to enter.
I love how he feels compelled to say "I'm Mike Rossi...", as if he's some kind of celebrity or that anyone could give a flying fugk what the name of the wedding DJ is. Just spin the moronic pop songs and keep your mouth shut.

Nah, I have no anger or problem with participatory medals. I kind of like mine and do display them. But now that I have so many they've lost meaning to me, and I resent the big oversized ones that take up too much space for a stupid meaningless marathon. I do value my Boston Medals, but I regard them as souvenirs, not awards.

While true, this unknown lawyer of undetermined wattage was bright enough to make the brojos blink and they still seem to be frightened of him, perhaps VIA too.

Hey Mike Rossi. If you really have photos showing yourself running on the Via Marathon course (not including the finish line), why don't you share/post them? At least have the integrity, if not the balls, to explain why you won't post them. For someone who needs to self-validate himself by posting lame pictures of the medals you purchased, this seems like the ultimate self-validation. Post the pictures and prove us wrong that you were on the course!

I think the lawyer stuff is complete rubbish. I've written two blog posts about Rossi and I've not been contacted.
Slightlt off topic and each to their own but I don't understand the US's obsession with the military. Everyone goes so crazy over it that it's been used in here a lot by trolls to get a reaction when the bog standard 'Mike is a Winner' no longer works. I'm ignoring any more military talk.
