He is not. It is likely Rossi or troll. But, it is very similar to Rossi's fallacious claim that he has photos given to him by the LVM Committee that purport to show him on the course (besides the finish line).

Why is it fallacious?

1 .There is no credible reason why Rossi would not release or share any photos that he claims that he has which he purports to show him on the course.

2. Rossi claimed he was given photos by the LVM Committee from US Candids that "did not make their final cut." However, US Candids has stated that every photo they have is on their website.

3. The LVM Committee made no mention of those or for that matter, any photos at all. Their statement was a negative statement. They said there was no conclusive evidence that his time was not inaccurate. Hardly an endorsement or statement of innocence.

4. In fact, the LVM Committee's statement made no positive attribution toward Rossi. They could not say that his time was accurate, they could not say that he was innocent of the allegations that he cheated, they could not say he was on the course at any spot except the finish line and they did not say that they believed him. Why not? Simply because they themselves had no conclusive evidence to say that. If they had said that they would not be able to substantiate it.

5. If the LVM had conclusive photos, they most surely would have mentioned photos and perhaps released them and that way maintain their credibility and integrity.

I'm not sitting on it, I've sent it to both LHV and Boston RDs. If you're asking why not share it here it's because anything this thread touches turns to sh*t... I refuse to taint it, it's gotta be done the right way. Last time I checked you guys had zero influence on the outcome of a decision. Terrible poster track record coupled with laziness from the site owners.

Why should I do that? So an inflammatory article becomes egg on the RDs face and possibly derails the chance of a DQ? I've communicated my next course of actiion and if the evidence isn't taken seriously I will proceed. And no I'm not posting correspondence until this plays out in a controlled fashion. This thread is at no risk of dying, you've waited so long you can be patient.
