I'm thinking maybe that Barb McKeever saw Mike Rossi getting a lift along the way but can't do anything about it because Rossi intimidated her?

The other thing to look into potentially is that Barb McKeever runs an event management thing called McKeever Event Management. Did McKeever Event Management have any controls in place to prevent cheating? Why can't they do something about Mike Rossi?

I'm only speculating. It's so strange - I mean there HAS to be more to the story. There's some piece of this we're missing. I'm hoping someone inside the Rossi circle or the Lehigh Valley Marathon talks
