She can race direct color runs if she wants. She is definitely not qualified to race direct an actual "race" with... you know... runners being timed and other such trivialities. Finally. My biggest problem isn't that Mike cheated. People cheat. I don't know why people do this, it seems especially counter-intuitive to an event that's only real draw is self satisfaction for completing months of hard work, but, whatever. I expect a cheater to be scum. But, what I have never understood, and what was unexpected, is the reluctance for the RD just to do her job. It's painfully obvious he wasn't on the course. On a balance of the probabilities, beyond a reasonable doubt, etc., he wasn't there. That we can't prove that he didn't accidentally enter a different dimension wherein he actually ran the entire course, invisibly to our dimension, and with an Earth with a slightly lower mass, decreasing gravity just enough to allow him to run at a substantially faster pace, before slipping back into our dimension right before the finish, doesn't prove he may have run the entire marathon course, albeit through no fault of his own, in another dimension. We are allowed to stick to a balance of the probabilities. It is improbable that he entered another dimension to run this race. It is, however, very probable that he did not run the entire race course. End of story. DQ him.

Ignore the person posting as "I'm the real Mike" because now, due to my "about me" slip up, you all know I am. I'm not sure what happened there, I was on the office computer and was distracted by someone talking to me, I've been busy making multiple bookings but now have more time to explain.

I went to delete the first "about me" but seem to have copied it instead and then, FMD, somehow or other I then pasted it so, "about me" came up twice, I then quickly posted it without checking. I'm usually very meticulous and successful in everything I do concerning business, appearance, LVM marathon, owning the LR witch hunters, etc, etc, so rest assured there won't be anymore slip ups. If any of you really want to DO something about this other than trolling/regurgitating here's what I suggest:

Stop focusing on his obvious inability to run a 3:11 given past performance; the statistical likelihood he ran a 3:11; the lack of photos of him on the course. Now I know you'll say "but that's the conclusive evidence!". Yes it is but rest assured this evidence is completely ruled out and useless in the RD's DQ test. It's like OJ's bloody knife, not admissible in court. It is what it is, get over it.

The only solution to obtaining a DQ is getting concrete and indisputable proof of him exiting the course or not being on the course during the time he should have been running. Forget about everything else, no one is going to come forward even if you contact them to fight this battle of he said she said. The RD made it more than obvious in her statement that in order for him to be DQ'd we've gotta hand them the smoking gun photo or video and it's gotta be crystal clear that he's cheating in it.

This means you'll have to find: 1) picture or video of him either jumping out of the course (and it can't look like a bathroom break), driving his car with an indisputable time stamp, or jumping back onto the course; or 2) phone/watch GPS data showing him off course during the marathon.

That's a pretty substantial burden of proof and there is no chance you skinny-fat lazy bast**ds are going to try to go that far. But you all knew that already and are just here for the trolling and killing time in general. 'Merica at its finest.

The reason why this is just bad trolling, everyone knows he can't win anything. He's a 47 year old wedding DJ who cheated to get into Boston. That's the exact sort of life I'd wish on my worst enemy. There is no outcome in this where Mike wins. Absent some miracle enlightenment accompanied by a massive spike in IQ, he's going down the same sh*t hole path in life he's been on. The biggest achievement in his life is fake. Actually, I don't even know if I'd wish that life on my worst enemy. Mike loses. That guy drew the short straw in life and every day he gets to wake up being a guy who can only cheat to have success. That's a sh*t life.

I have to agree with the above person. How many ways you can NOT find Mike Rossi is not considered proof. Eye witnesses to nothing is nothing as far as Barb is concerned. You need to concentrate of how he pulled it off and proof of how it did it. Anything else is just stupid and you are all wasting your time.

Actually until you hear it from the LVM Committee themselves, you can't assume what they consider conclusive evidence to be. All you are doing is being a shill for Mike Rossi.

Any reasonable person realizes that there is enough conclusive evidence already, along with plenty of supporting and circumstantial evidence to DQ him. For whatever reason, this race has chosen not to.
