The figure you give for average starting salary should probably be called average salary in first year. They don't generally start at $130,000 - more likely start at $75,000 - $125,000 and with a good first year could get a bonus of $20,000 to $100,000.
Also note that those just starting will never work less than 70 hours a week. Average more like 85.
