Quincy Wilson has the most unsightly running form I've ever seen

I feel like Quincy Wilson might do better if he didn’t tilt his head so far back

Men's 3k is on the WA stream.

It's unreal he doesn't have a specialist helping him with that. The tilted back head arches his back and impacts his stride. But he has a good excuse if he leaves his lane - "sorry I was watching birds".

Ok. It must officially be indoor track season as I am going to yet again complain about the broadcast.

I'm waiting for Quincy to race. There seems to be a lot of dead time and I'm thinking, "They couldn't have figured out a way to get Roisin Willis or the men's 3k in the tv window? What are we waiting on"

Yet despite all of the dead time, they don't have time to properly set up the men's 400 and tell us who is in it? Instead they hurriedly tell us about his college choice and that's it.

Gun goes off and we have no idea who is in the race beside Quincy.

All 60m races (including hurdles) need to be run in the same segment. These 7 second races followed by 4 minutes of commercials are killing me.

So Blanks tried to outrun the pace lights while Myers just chugged along, staying with the lights then hitting the burners. Nice.
