What do you replace these products with?
Dinner last night for me was a pound of bacon and four eggs. I'm dead now, though, so I'm not sure how I'm typing this.
Eat more meat, live longer.

Of course, I faced this when I was actively training before bodybuilding competitions. Your body requires protein because it is a vital substance. As far as I understand you used to eat meat and eggs regularly, so now your brain is giving your body a signal of "danger", it will pass. I dealt with this need differently, I have a beef jerky dehydrator, so I sometimes ate jerky that I made at home. I know that many trainers do not support this idea of replacing plain meat with jerky, but if you think about what happens to meat in a dehydrator, you'll see that it's a great alternative. You may be told that plant foods can also be a source of protein, but I don't think any spinach can replace steak, right?
