People complaining about others running for charity, uncertainty as to why ESPN wouldn't have the Boston Marathon as a premium product, Mantz not besting Hall ... an annual tradition
Really dumb question- why did they have the winner go to one side of the finish line and then directed the rest to the other? Conner looked like he was driving to where the winner had just finished and then suddenly was forced to go right. Don't think he'd have beat them there but that was rather odd. Is that the norm?
Korir in for the win in 2:04:45, fading a bit to win by 19 seconds, the second quickest winning time, as Alphonse Simbu beats CyBrian Kotut in a sprint finish for second both finishing in 2:05:04, with Mantz just off the podium and best time for an American in a big pb of 2:05:08
Linkletter looked so hyped to outsprint Clayton, haha. I have to say, I'm impressed with the results of Jon Green's coaching – he's coached Molly Seidel, Phily Bowden, and Rory Linkletter to some very good performances. Obviously Seidel is dealing with other issues at the moment, but the man knows how train some marathoners.
