The best way to run a1 500 is for the first lap to be slightlly faster so maybe she can PR.

That was impressive- I watched her from the start- she looked good and was always in the race.

It's early in the season so I can see her PR going soon.

I hope she stays healthy and keeps improving.

You posted a link to a results page which shows Mead's finishing time and ask why and/or when he dropped out. Do you understand why your cognitive abilities are questioned?

1. They said someone fell, but never heard who. Maybe Mead?

2. Mead was 16th in 13:23. If that’s dropping out I would love to drop out sometime in 13:23. :-) Good early season time. If he fell, amazing early season time! But guessing it was someone else.

13:23 isn't amazing at ANY time of the season.

good to see Efraimson run a solid time, but damn the long jump was won barely breaking 27 feet-i know that the depth is way worse than the 80's and 90's, but that is brutal for a DL meet..

why would he need to let up when he was still that fresh? He was trying from about 50m out when he said seeya to Benjamin. He left quite a bit in the tank by going out behind him.
