Norway is arguably more developed that the USA. There's a very strong argument in fact. If you look at the average quality of life, healthcare, poverty, GDP per capita etc, Norway is one of the best in the World.
Many of the Scandinavian countries are right up there in the best places to live.
I know Americans just think/been brainwashed to think that the USA is the best country in the World, but it's just not the case.

In february Norway led both the Global Cup and the per Capita Cup as the greatest sporting nation, the Capita Cup was ahead by nearly 1/3 of the capita compared to the next best nation, Switzerland. USA made it to place 23.

Na we just have a ton of liberal sh!thole big cities dying of poverty in the US, and all of course all of the south, that brings the average down. That being said, Scandinavia is probably #1 place to live after the US.
