Africans avoided out of season and most spot tests for 25 years? EPO testing has only been available since 2000, and IAAF out of competition testing for EPO started in 2002-2003.If the reality is that E. Africans have not avoided out of season testing, and spot testing, and the last year or so are really isolated incidents, and a recent phenomena, what kind of a "heck of a situation" do we really have?I think we need more clues.
