I don't think I have ever done that and I think if I did it would be in violation of my cable contract terms. After the fact, for purposes of historic archival and educational viewing purposes, I have seen some videos show up on youtube.

I'm mostly curious to see how Gapes does tomorrow and how she bounces back from Nuttycombe. While she still had a tremendous race at Nuttycombe, it wasn't quite what I expected. She was also visibly upset after the race and looked a bit weak at the finish line. Going into the crucial postseason I am hoping that race was a one off for her and not the beginning of a niggle or injury. I already suspect that Hartman may sit out the regional meet and perhaps Gapes will as well. Or maybe Henes will decide to sit out Michalak and some of the back depth like Englehardt and Putnam. She always has a good pulse on things so I'm confident she will do the right thing.
Also no Shea or Templier for NC State. Will have the usual suspects.

I'm not expecting her to toe the line tomorrow but the fact that she is on the list of athletes must mean she is available if needed. Does anyone know why the Big Sky women only race 5K at the conference meet when it seems like all other conferences, at least those that are D1, race 6K? They are competing in Bozeman so there is the altitude factor at around 5000 ft.
I'm also wondering why Addie Engel never competed this season for NAU. She is a former Big 10 champion and a top 10 finisher at the NCAA championship. Is her previous injury still lingering?

It was 4.5 seconds at Nuttycombe, but I assume in a faster race it might be larger. But what basis to narrow from?
Just based on the rocketship trajectory, canny racing and indomitable drive she has displayed this year. No reason to think she has peaked in XC yet. I suspect Hartman, Gapes and Michalak have more to show as well, so we'll see.
I ran the numbers and last year about 90% of the individuals on teams at nationals Al’s ran at regionals. In other words, about 10% of expected nationals runners rested at regionals.
I ran out of steam to check the numbers, but what do you think about conference meets? Are more or fewer of the expected nationals runners resting this week?

Neither Addie Engel nor Karrie Baloga have raced this season and they are not entered Saturday. The NAU pre-meet press release () refers mostly to past results.
Northern Arizona cross country heads to the Big Sky Championships on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, with titles on the line at Bridger Creek Golf Course in Bozeman.
I've got my DVR, well technically not my DVR since I have YouTube TV, set to record the ACC, Big 10, and SEC. Since I'm working I'm going to do my best to stay off of this site, social media, or any site wit results. I'll probably find out before I watch them all but I'm going to start with the ACC. I've got my favorites but am not putting them here.

I went for a run, showered and had some coffee. Was excited to work from home and watch a ton of college cross country on channels - sec, acc, others - that I use only a handful of times a year only to see that due to this youtube v espn dispute, I can't see the races except the big 10. First world problem but this sucks lol.

What do you mean by this? I also have YouTube TV and as I said in the post above yours, am recording the ACC, Big 10, and SEC. I have separately the ACC Network, Big 10 NW, and SEC NW. ESPN shouldn't have anything to do with any of that.
Now I need to check to see what channel the Ohio State vs Penn State football game is on tomorrow. If it's on ESPN and not available that will change my whole day of plans for tomorrow.
