I have sub 230 as my lifetime goal (237 now) and yet I'd have to go with sub 15 being more impressive. It's really just because sub15 is a better, harder result as shown by vdot tables or age ranking, but numbers might seem a bit dry. So let me put this into perspective for you.
Depending on the region where you live, sub230 may not even make you 'local competitive' or 'sub-elite' Your only sure bet would be age group placing if you manage to keep your fitness into your 50s.
On the other hand, sub15 would let you smoke any parkrun, quite possibly setting the course record at the same time. They can be adamant on 'parkrun is not a competition', but they WILL be looking at you in awe.
