Mile 18 was 5:38 for Degefa but it's uphill so don't panic yet.

Hey let's not be sexist. He's just more motivated to be good by the extra 30% he's being paid.

He was discriminated against in getting into camera operator school. He has superior grades, SAT scores, and great extracurricular activities but camera operator school instead chose women who had no business in getting into camera operator school.

Desi in 9th though which becomes a secondary goal now with new IAAF standards.(Top 10)

We have good ideas on how to win but in the USA there is drug testing so hard to implement. Athletes in Africa are aided in drugging , and are not thwarted by their governments.
