At 25k, CJ Albertson on 2:06:40 pace and Ryan Ford on 2:07-low pace. I think they will both slow, but the basic point is we could see some great U.S. performances today.

Yes. It is broadcast on only one channel. Feeds from other countries are blocked.

Yeah 15:07 from 15k-20k. 2:07-mid pace. That's a killer. It's not even super uphill in there. The course flattens out a bit. The bigger downhills are gone. But they really backed off.

Wish Mantz would stop leading. Seems like he's setting himself up for an Emma Bates-type performance where he runs great but costs himself a couple places by leading so much
