We are going to hit 1 mile to go with 5 women in the lead pack including Sifan Hassan. We'll see if the person with the most 'speed' wins or not. I've always said, "it's the person with the most speed left, not the most speed that wins." We'll see if that's true.

next techno gag shud be that parts of the singlet shud be made out of glucose/gels so if the runners miss the bottle they cud just take a bite off their clothes. or if they need it anyway along the course....
