Had to be one of the best marathon finishes ever and the time was incredibly fast! Holy crap that was a hell of a race.

Dubai always has such crazy finishes. A few years ago, upto six or so runners sprinted to the finish with Lelisa Desisa winning in about 2:04:45. Only six seconds separated the top five then.

Kipchoge doesn't need the $200k. It's always too hot for WR at this race. Old course was better too.

If no-names consistently run 2:04 here it can't be that bad. I think Kipchoge would do it. However, a big name marathoner would risk having a sub-par race and losing to like 6 unknowns.
