    You named the only two. So... is two crazy?

    On the contrary, Rupp is an extremely consistent marathoner. Never has bad races.

    Read carefully: "He has been a DNS so many times it is crazy."

    It is not "consistent" to DNS/DNF as often as you finish the races you enter, almost half the time. If you only finish when everything is certified/pristine/perfect, it is a lot easier to be "consistent," isn't it.

    Didn't Rupp DNS literally that same race in Monaco?

    I mean, if Rupp was in the race, a DNS is a safe answer, but I am pretty sure they both DNSd that one.
