I can think of quite a few occasions he lead a fair amount of the race (including 2008 5,000m where he lead about 9 laps total and the entire final 2,000m).

also, Bekele ran almost all the golden league races so yes, he did sit and kick in a lot of those but also ran a lot more than Mo has

All of that is true but you ignored the instigator in Andrew Butchart. Farah was relaxed and controlling matters as always until Butchart made the frantic move with about 600 meters remaining. Farah wasn't prepared for that and the others seized upon the suddenly quickened pace which separated the field. That separation enabled the Ethiopians to put their plan in place at the bell.

I understand Butchart thought he had to do something for his own benefit but it really contributed to Farah's defeat. If Butchart merely sits back there Farah was going to gauge everything perfectly on the front end as he always does, and most likely emerge the winner.

So your argument isn't that Mo is better, but just that Bekele was dirtier than Mo? Frankly I think they are both shady but I know which one was the GOAT distance runner.
