How good is that Centro time? I thought he would get the record.

When this one was over announcer Tim Hutchings said it was the best he’d Centro look in a speed event (non 1500/mile). The stats back that assertion up.

LetsRun.com coaching/stat guru John Kellogg says a 2:17.00 converts to 1:45.37 for 800 (and 3:36.44 for 1500), which is faster than Centrowitz’s pb of 1:45.86.

Just like last week, Cain didn't look like herself. I was surprised that the rest of the women's field wasn't able to pass her on that last lap like Moser did.

John kellogg has converted the 1k marks.

He says Moser's win equates to a 2:00.71 and Cain's runner-up to

2:01.00.

I know the result wasn't great for Uceny but I liked how she was challenging for the front on the 4th lap.

Molly Beckwith... Wow.

Also, anyone else notice Uceny got tripped up again? Stayed on her feet but lost a ton of momentum.

It's worth noting that Cain 2:35.80 last year in the 1k

She looked a lot better than last week.

haha i was saying the same thing... she is not a pretty runner but damn is she pretty!

No she didn't. She had better position against a weaker field (at this stage in their training) but she looked about the same. No improvement.
