take testosterone. your muscles will get bigger without even lifting.
There is no "quick" solution to this other than heavy weights. Specifically a good dose of heavy squats and deadlifts.
I guess that in theory lots of hill sprints would do the trick too. But in my experience doing lots of hill sprints is a good way to get a hip flexor/groin injury.
obi gave you great advice as did others. Those who think you can't get real strong with body weight exercises are wrong. A pistol squat requires tremendous strength and is more impressive, functional and healthier than doing foolish body building leg extensions on a machine
