Yep, I think he'll win the 3k. I'll go with 3:33.7 for the 1500 and, as a bonus, 13:16.2 for the 5000. I think Grant's obviously got the 3000m chops, based on indoor, and as a 5000-10,000 guy should have the strength to come back on day 2.
