Yo yo yo! track is back.
Who will excel this indoor/outdoor season?
Will Sean McAneny survive an indoor/outdoor season?
Will Sean O'Connor make it to Natties?
Will Grant O' Connor run well?
Will Rowan win the National Championship?

Grant O' Connor winning 800m to 10k at outdoor nationals. Heard it here first.
RPI isn’t in the AR for track, stop talking about them, they’d rather race the New England teams...
Anyways, no way Grant beats McDonald of Oneonta at 800m.
Grant has a 1500 PR of 3:56. He could probably run 3:52 if he focused on it. Ethan McDonald popped off one 1:55 and everyone thinks he's a god.
RPI is in the AR for track buddy
RIT is trash

I cannot stress this enough. No one thinks you're a god Ethan.
Gillan Faulkner, now THERE's a boy who can run. Slip me in between them hairy thighs boy ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Predictions:
Cortland does the best at SUNYACs and regionals (easier for sprinters/field events to compete in multiple events)
Geneseo does the best at NCAAs (Their distance runners are good [I think?])

Yep. All that historic track dominance from people not named Isaac. Checks out.
Mitch Ryan is winning the 3k at SUNYAC's
Geneseo mid d/distance results from Nationals by people not named Isaac:
Outdoors 2018 800m: Gillian Faulkner - 1:55.63 (19th/20)
Outdoors 2017 5k: Alex Kramer- 16:32.67 (DFL)
Indoors 2017 5k: Alex Kramer -15:29.16 (DFL)
Outdoor 2016 10k: Alfredo Mazzucca- 34:11.19 (DFL)

My boy MITCH RYAN came 9th in that Ncaa meet so get destroyed scrubs. He will win the SUNYAC and NCAAs this year
which coach in the SUNYAC pulls the most tail AND HAS the lowest level of JPD's?
Definitely Steve Patrick from SUNY Cortland. Dude looks like dog the bounty hunter.

Geneseo sucks
RIT is trash

This is supposed to be the Atlantic region post not the SUNYAC thread fanboy. Recap from last year top 25:
3rd Rowan-37 pts
T9th St John Fisher-18
T9th Geneseo- 18
T22nd Ramapo- 10
T22nd Stockton- 10
A lot of teams graduated a lot but I would think St John Fisher and Rowan return enough to be up in the Top finisher at NCAAs from the region discussion.
Also Regional scores last year- Wouldn’t be surprised if Rowan wins again since they won by 70 last year.
1 Rowan 120.5
2 SUNY Geneseo 49
2 Utica 49
4 Ithaca 44
5 Brockport St. 43
I don't think this really proves much. Rowan is speed/power dominated and those athletes still compete at the regional ahead of NCAA's. Programs like Geneseo or RPI aren't racing their distance athletes the week before NCAAs. Regionals is a last chance meet and doesn't mean as much. I can guarantee you Utica and Ithaca aren't the top 3 and 4 best teams in this region.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
