i honestly don't know, was a 1500m specialist over the summer, with a 4:37 pr, didnt race xc, did hard 100m strides, 30 min tempos, and plyos. Indoor starts and i run a 53.xx 400, 3 seconds faster then the summer, a 4.85 40 yard dash, 8x400 in 73 with last lap in 67, plus a 2x800m workout in 2:24 and 2:20 with 20 min rest, ,my pr is (800) 2:15, i feel like i'm in sub 2:10 shape. Also i have been doing all these workouts on a slippery 160m very tight turn track.
